Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 10, 2026
1. Who we are
Clearpath IP Holdings, Inc. ("Clearpath," "we," "us") operates clearpathip.ai. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
This policy covers clearpathip.ai only. Our software platforms operate under separate policies:
- CompassIP: compassip.ai/privacy
- CaptureIP: captureip.ai
If you use one of those platforms, the policy on that site governs your use of it.
2. What this website is
clearpathip.ai is an informational website. It describes our services and how to reach us. It has no user accounts, no login, no payment processing and no file uploads. You cannot create a profile here and we do not ask you to.
3. What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, organization, the inquiry type you select, the message you write and, where applicable, which service page you came from.
Information collected automatically. We use privacy-focused visitor analytics that record page views, time on page, bounce rate, device type, approximate country and referral source. This data is aggregated. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.
Technical information. Our contact form records a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address. We use the hash to prevent abuse of the form. We do not store your IP address itself and the hash cannot be reversed to recover it.
What we do not collect. We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, biometric data, health information or precise location. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
4. Why we collect it
| What | Why | Legal basis under GDPR |
|---|---|---|
| Contact form submissions | To respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to manage the engagement | Legitimate interest, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract |
| Hashed IP address | To rate-limit the form and prevent abuse | Legitimate interest in site security |
| Aggregate analytics | To understand which pages are useful and improve the site | Legitimate interest |
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell or share personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
5. Cookies
This site sets three first-party cookies. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we allow no third-party advertising cookies.
| Cookie | Purpose | Type |
|---|---|---|
__cf_* | Cloudflare security and bot protection | Strictly necessary |
__dpl | Routes your request to the correct deployment | Strictly necessary |
| Session cookie | Distinguishes one visit from another for aggregate analytics | Analytics |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies may prevent the site from loading correctly.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site, and only as needed:
- Supabase — database hosting for contact form submissions
- Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS and security
- Lovable — website hosting, visitor analytics and the transactional email that notifies us of your inquiry
We may disclose information if required by law, court order or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
We do not transfer your information to any party for their own marketing purposes.
7. How long we keep it
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Contact form submissions | 24 months from submission, then deleted |
| Hashed IP addresses | 24 months, then deleted with the submission |
| Aggregate analytics | Retained in aggregate form only, with no personal identifiers |
If your inquiry becomes a client engagement, the records move into our client systems and are retained under the terms of that engagement.
8. Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you are a resident of Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have similar rights to access, correct, delete and port your information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We do not conduct targeted advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@clearpathip.ai. We will verify your request by replying to the email address associated with it and will respond within 45 days, or sooner where the law requires.
9. International transfers
Our servers and service providers are located in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved transfer mechanism through our service providers.
10. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest through our database provider, hashed rather than stored IP addresses, and access controls limiting who at Clearpath can view submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Do Not Track
We do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals, because no common standard exists for interpreting them. We do not track visitors across other websites.
12. Links to other sites
This site links to compassip.ai, captureip.ai and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any site we link to. Review the policy on any site you visit.
13. Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
