These terms govern your use of clearpathip.ai. By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms cover this website only. They do not govern:
- Use of the CompassIP platform, which is governed by the terms at compassip.ai/terms
- Use of the CaptureIP platform, which is governed by the terms on that site
- Any services Clearpath performs for you, which are governed by a separate written engagement agreement
2. This site is informational
The content here describes our services. It is not an offer, a proposal or a contract.
Prices shown are indicative. Scope, timing and price for any engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins. Nothing on this site creates an obligation for Clearpath to perform services or for you to purchase them.
3. No professional advice
Clearpath is not a law firm, a registered patent practitioner, a broker-dealer or an investment adviser. Nothing on this site is legal advice, patent prosecution advice, investment advice or a valuation opinion.
Our assessments and recommendations support commercial decisions. They are not legal opinions and they do not guarantee a license, a sale or any other transaction. Legal matters should be handled by qualified counsel.
4. Submitting an inquiry
When you submit an inquiry, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
Do not send confidential information through this site. The contact form is not a secure channel for sensitive material. Send a nonconfidential summary only. If an engagement proceeds, we will agree on confidentiality and a secure exchange method before you share anything sensitive.
Do not submit through this site any classified information, controlled unclassified information, ITAR or EAR export-controlled technical data, protected health information or personal information about a third party.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a confidential relationship, a client relationship or any obligation on either side.
5. Our content
The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, page design and the Clearpath and CompassIP names and marks, is owned by Clearpath IP Holdings, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view and print pages for your own internal evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape or use our content to build a competing product or service without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit false information or impersonate anyone, send unsolicited commercial messages, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest content or contact information by automated means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
We may block access to anyone who violates these terms.
7. Third-party links
This site links to other websites, including our own platform sites and external resources. We do not control third-party sites and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

This site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clearpath disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clearpath will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of this site.
Our total liability arising from your use of this site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Liability arising from services we perform for you is governed by the engagement agreement for those services, not by these terms.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clearpath IP Holdings, Inc., its officers, employees and contractors, from any claim arising out of your misuse of this site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Clearpath regarding this website.
