Intellectual property work depends on disclosure discipline. These are the handling practices applied to every engagement.

• Agreements before material

  Confidential technical or commercial material is reviewed only under a written confidentiality agreement acceptable to the owner.

• Least-privilege handling

  Access to client material is limited to the people working the engagement, for the duration of the engagement.

• No unreviewed disclosure

  Nothing about a client, a portfolio or an engagement is published or shared with a counterparty without the owner's prior written approval.

• Public listings stay public

  Anything shown on this site is drawn from published or owner-approved sources. Confidential detail is exchanged separately.
